希望學生能在課堂中透過正念減壓與情緒管理的演練與學習,培養對自我與他人的理解與接納。心理健康需要經營與體驗才能培養出來。期許學生能在課程中找到一套屬於自己的方法,去面對壓力、轉化情緒,並在生活中實踐自我照顧。 同時,我相信通識教育的價值在於啟發,而不僅是知識的傳授。希望學生能從課堂出發,把學到的覺察力與韌性,帶回日常人際與未來職涯,成為支持自己、也有機會支持他人的力量。 |
I hope students can cultivate understanding and acceptance of themselves and others through the practice and learning of mindfulness-based stress reduction and emotion management. Mental health requires cultivation and lived experience in order to grow. I expect students to discover their own ways of facing stress, transforming emotions, and practicing self-care in daily life. At the same time, I believe the true value of general education lies in inspiration rather than the mere transmission of knowledge. I hope that students can bring the awareness and resilience they gain in class into their everyday relationships and future careers, becoming a source of support for themselves and, when possible, for others as well. |
