課程宗旨
‧ Utilize COIL as an innovative teaching approach to foster cross-cultural col-laboration, producing collaborative film projects that enhance cultural aware-ness and global perspectives by addressing socially relevant topics through film. ‧ Familiarize students with a variety of documentary styles, genres, and tech-niques ‧ Develop students’ ability to analyze and evaluate the thematic content and narrative strategies of documentary films

課程大綱
●紀錄片介紹：歷史概述、紀錄片製作形式、紀錄片影展 ●拍攝技術介紹（攝影機、燈光、音效剪輯），由導演林育彥主講 ●紀錄片理論、倫理議題；技術與影片語言；敘事形式與訪談技巧（與德國 HTW Karlsruhe 大學的 Sebastian Krugler 教授共同授課）（COIL – 混合教學形式） ●影片分析（台灣與德國的紀錄片，片名待定）（COIL – 混合教學形式） ●“浪費與消費”——台德學生小組討論構想並撰寫劇本（COIL – 混合教學形式） ●影片拍攝（台灣與德國） ●聯合影片剪輯 ●期末專案展示（COIL – 混合教學形式）

● Introduction to Documentary films: Historical Overview, Forms of Documentary Filmmaking, Documentary Film Festivals ● Introduction into filming techniques (camera, Light, Sound editing) led by director LIN Yu -En ●Theory of Documentary, Ethical issues; Technique and film language; Narrative forms, interviewing techniques (co-taught with Sebastian Pro-fessor Krugler, HWT Karlsruhe) (COIL – Hybrid format) ● Film analysis (Doc-films from Taiwan and Germany, titles tbc) (COIL – Hybrid format) ● “Wasting and Spending” German -Taiwan student groups work on their concepts and scripts.
