課程簡介
本課程旨在介紹永續經營、永續金融與永續投資的核心概念、相互關係及實務應用，協助學生建立 ESG（環境、社會與公司治理）思維，理解企業永續發展與金融市場的最新趨勢。課程內容涵蓋永續經營策略、企業治理、氣候風險管理、綠色金融、永續連結貸款、綠色債券、責任投資、ESG 投資策略及永續資訊揭露等重要議題，並透過國內外案例分析，探討企業、金融機構與投資人如何共同推動永續價值創造。
教學採理論與實務並重方式，結合課堂講授、個案討論、情境模擬、AI 多媒體教材及分組報告，引導學生從企業、金融機構與投資人的不同角色，理解資金如何透過永續金融與永續投資支持企業永續轉型，建立兼具財務績效、風險管理及社會責任的決策能力，培養具備永續治理思維與國際視野的金融與管理人才。 |

Course Description
This course introduces the fundamental concepts, interrelationships, and practical applications of sustainable business, sustainable finance, and sustainable investing, enabling students to develop an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) perspective and gain insights into the latest trends in corporate sustainability and global financial markets. The curriculum covers sustainability strategies, corporate governance, climate risk management, green finance, sustainability-linked loans, green bonds, responsible investment, ESG investment strategies, and sustainability disclosure. Through domestic and international case studies, students explore how corporations, financial institutions, and investors collaborate to create long-term sustainable value.
The course emphasizes the integration of theory and practice through lectures, case discussions, scenario-based simulations, AI-assisted multimedia learning, and group presentations. Students are encouraged to examine sustainability issues from the perspectives of corporations, financial institutions, and investors, gaining an understanding of how sustainable finance and sustainable investing facilitate corporate transformation toward sustainability.
