【詳細活動規章】

1.報名講座之後填寫簽到表單
2.講座結束後，在時間內填寫回饋問卷
3.問卷時間截止後，將在7天內公告獲獎名單
4.得獎者請留意簡訊與信件的獲獎訊

5.通識教育中心(IB-1215室) 領獎需出示身分證；外籍人士則帶居留證  

6.將依法向財政部所屬地區國稅局申報(非本國籍學生，應按中獎價值預先扣繳20%稅款)

【Procedures】

1. Attend any of the lectures held by the Center for General Education.

2. Submit your reflection through an online form before the deadline.

3. The Center for General Education will announce the winner’s list on social media after the deadline and inform them to claim the prize.

【Detailed Regulations】

1. fill in and sign the form after registering for the lecture.

2. fill in the feedback questionnaire within the time after the lecture.

3. the reward list will be announced within 7 days after the questionnaire period ends.

4. Winners please leave a text message and letter for the award.

5. The General Education Center (Room IB-1215) needs to show the identity certificate to accept the award; foreigners need to bring a residence permit.

6. Report to the State Taxation Bureau of the region where the financial department belongs according to the law (students who are not from their own country should withhold 20% of the award value.)
