You’ll also engage in partnered scenes, using improvisational dialogue to observe and reflect on your usual communication and interaction patterns. This isn’t just about acting—it’s a journey of self-exploration. You'll rediscover your voice, understand your partner’s emotions, and learn how to balance loving yourself and loving others.
No prior drama experience is needed! If you’re curious about relationships and communication, this workshop is for you.
Come join us for a fun and insightful experience to become more comfortable in your relationships.

What is dramtherapy?

This one-time dramatherapy session is designed around two theatrical techniques: monologue and duologue/dialogue, guiding participants to explore their inner experiences and interaction patterns in intimate relationships.
•    Monologue: Participants will express their inner voices in imagined scenarios, undergoing a process of being witnessed, which helps uncover hidden emotions and needs.
•    Duologue/Dialogues: Through improvisational interactions, participants will intuitively present and reflect on their communication styles and dynamics.
Dramatherapy emphasizes the connection between the body and mind. This session incorporates meditation, imagination exercises , and improvisational role-playing to help participants find a balance between self-awareness and understanding others. By leveraging the immediacy and situational nature of drama, students will gain insight into their role in intimate relationships, emotional dynamics, and how to build healthier, more empathetic connections while taking care of themselves.
