※"Individual proposal" is assessed by supervisor directly from 2021 Fall semester.
STEP1. Proposal Submission
Please log in to Social Practice Course System and enter your ID/Password same as how you access Academic Information System Portal. You can also track the progress of proposal on this website.
If more than two (includes two) applicants get involved in the same project. It is recommended that one applicant submits a group proposal on behalf of the team. Even though the group proposal is approved, project participants are ought to submit their individual proposals.
STEP2. Confirmation of Supervision
Criteria of project supervisor: Professor and Adjunct Professor of NTUST. (Please be aware that staff CANNOT supervise student's Social Practice project.)
Supervisor's tasks:
●Confirm the invitation of supervision: teacher will be invited to access the course system and make a confirmation to supervise student's social practice project.
●Project time management checkup: supervisor will examine if student arranges at least 36 hours on project execution.
●Conduct project review: supervisor and student will schedule a meeting to go through the project, and supervisor would provide advices during the session.
●Evaluate closure report: the result of Social Practice will only show Pass or Fail. No score is awarded for this course, and it does not affect student’s GPA.
Before writing closure report, students should invite a teacher to be the project supervisor. Visit the course system and enter teacher's information including name and e-mail, then click "送出"; the system will automatically send out invitation letter to teacher's email address. It is suggested that student should present the proposal and invite the teacher in advance. Otherwise, teachers have the right to reject or ignore the unexpected invitation.
