課程宗旨 本課程的設計重點是學,應用與思並進. 學習者經由每週的練習,觀摩,體驗及反思,鍛鍊及提升個人之溝通與領導功力,以期在家庭、友誼及職場溝通上皆能具備良好社交技能,提升人際關係。
The structure of this course centers around continuous learning, active engagement, and thoughtful contemplation. By means of regular weekly exercises, keen observation, firsthand encounters, and introspection, participants will refine and enhance their individual aptitudes for interpersonal communication and leadership. This, in turn, will facilitate learners’ social interactions with family members, friends, and coworkers.
W1 - Approaching people – how to start a conversation - Introduction of the Course
W2 - Getting to know about communication & essential elements to construct a good communication
W3 - Application of Communication Skills: How to agree/partially agree
W4 - Application of Communication Skills: How to disagree/partially disagree
W5 - Why do you want to lead? / Responsibilities of a (group discussion) leader
W6 - Identifying problems of a problematic situation & setting up problem-solving goals
W7 - Speaking in public – Speaking as a leader: a. The Mindset b. the key elements and organization of a speech
W8-W10 Personal presentation – in 5 minutes sharing an idea worthy of spreading (12 learners each week) in front of the class
W11– W15 Leading a final group discussion on a given situation announced a week ago and presenting the situation, problems identified, the solving goals, and the conclusion to the class. (10 leaders each week)
Note: Within one week after leading the final group discussion, each leader will submit a reflection on the learning experience of this semester as the final part of the Learning log.
W16 – The last group submitting the reflection on the whole learning experience
