課程宗旨

本課程依據全球智慧財產保護的相關法規與架構，將智慧財產權議題區分為法律、科技與管理三個構面。根據目前全球與我國實施的智慧財產權制度，以單元形式解說基本的法律規定，並從兩方面探討法規所展生的影響。其一、新興科技在此規定下發展中可以獲得之權利與權益，與相關的限制條件。其二、從無形性與專屬性之資產特點，探討智慧財產權在企業經營中的相關議題。據此，培養學習者對於身處知識經濟世代的基本法治與管理能力。

課程大綱

本課程份為智慧財產權態樣與基本法規、新興科技相關之智慧財產權議題、智慧財產的經營與管理等三大部分，其中第一部分排課6周，第二、三部分排課5周。各周以專題形式規劃，預定16周知專題如下： 1. 智慧財產權特性與其在經濟社會中的價值 2. 全球智慧財產權保護架構 3. 技術性創新與外觀創作之專利保護 4. 商標之保護與經營 5. 營業秘密之法規與法尊 6. 網際網路相關的著作權議題 7. 與電腦軟體相關之智慧財產權保護 8. 與人工智慧科技相關之智慧財產權保護 9. 與元宇宙科技相關之智慧財產權保護 10. 與通訊科技相關之智慧財產權保護 11. 與半導體科技相關之智慧財產權保護 12. 智慧財產之基本經營策略 13. 大學校園內的智慧財產之創造與歸屬 14. 專題製作相關之智慧財產權議題 15. 無形資產之價值評估 16. 專利師之職涯發展 This course is divided into three parts: intellectual property rights and its related laws and regulations, intellectual property issues related to emerging technologies, and intellectual property management. The first part is scheduled for 6 weeks, and the second and the third parts are scheduled for 5 weeks. Each week is planned in the form of a special topic, and these topics scheduled for 16 weeks are as follows: 1.
