課程宗旨

The constitution is a written guaranty of people’s rights. Its contents are to define the protection of fundamental human rights, to define organizations and the functions of the important institutions of a state, and to define fundamental national policies. In this course, our nation’s constitution is studied and researched on the base of constitutional principles. Students’ expression and dialectic are emphasized. The teacher and students must follow the instructional design to prepare the teaching materials and participate fully in the course activities.
