課程宗旨

法律與科技產業的對談是基於使用IP(智慧財產權)策略或其他相關法律對於科技產業（特別是資訊科技或生物科技產業）的成功與發展，越來越具有舉足輕重的影響力。 　　近年來台灣成就了不少傑出的IT（資訊科技）產業企業家，而資訊科技產業界的年輕創業家也仍然如雨後春筍般的蓬勃發展。而近年來台灣當局更積極推廣與發展屬於本土的生物科技產業，期待台灣成為21世紀的綠色矽谷島。『科技與法律』課程就是希望增加法律科技產業的對話，藉以激盪出更多的火花，為台灣成就更多傑出科技產業企業人才，是兼具劃時代與象徵性的雙重意義。同時也期待經由special lecture的方式，介紹重要科技產業發展與相關法律議題，希望使參與該課程的同學，能進一步瞭解『法律科技產業的對話』之重要性與其意義，對其人生未來的規劃與發展能有所助益。

課程大綱

邀請重要科技產業專家透過專題演講與相互對話的方式使學生瞭解當今科技產業（含生物科技、製藥、醫療產業，環境工程，資通產業，能源政策，電子商務交易，工程實務，科技企業再造）之企業研發或相關議題與相關法律（含智慧財產權或其他相關法律）之互動與發展的重要性。//In this class, we will invite some specialists in many important technology oriented industries (including biotech, pharmaceutical, medical, environmental engineering, information technology, energy policy, telecommunication trading business, the real cases in civil engineering, technology industries reforging) to give a special lecture to the attending students. Through the special lectures and interacting dialogue, we hope all attending students will understand the importance and close relation between the development of those technology oriented industries and the related laws (including intellectual property law and other related laws).
