本課程宗旨在協助學生瞭解人生終程的實相、明白生命的意義、解脫生死的困縛，對世間一切的努力奮鬥，人生無悔，生命無憾，珍惜捻手情份的繫誼，是一生中最重要的課題。

* 依不同的構面論談生死觀(宗教/醫學/中西方/儒道學…) *認知臨終現象與生死關懷之必要性 *安寧療護之重要性與預立醫療自主計畫 *人生終程畢業典禮~以實案分享「殮。殯。葬」等內容 *中西宗教奠禮及作七法事之科儀意義 *環保葬之推行與執行成效 * 後續人文關懷的圓滿//*Discussion the conception of death by different facets. *Acknowledge the necessity cognitive deathbed phenomena and the care of death. *The importance of Hospice and the advance plan of DNR. *The life ending ceremony – Share the real case of "Mortuary.
