MBG219 地方創生管理實務
課程宗旨
本課程旨在培養學生理解臺灣地方創生的核心精神,並學習如何運用企業管理、永續思維與跨域協作模式,活化地方資源、重塑在地產業、促進社區永續發展。課程結合臺科大USR場域,從地方觀察、產業鏈理解、議題診斷,到永續農業實作與地方行銷,帶領學生掌握地方創生從理論到實務的完整架構。透過深入的田野參與與農業相關的實作與產品企劃,學生將培養跨域整合能力與永續視野,發展社會創新所需的能力,為未來投入地方議題與永續發展奠定堅實基礎。
This course aims to cultivate students’ understanding of the core principles of regional revitalization in Taiwan and to equip them with the ability to apply business management, sustainability thinking, and cross-sector collaboration to activate local resources, revitalize regional industries, and promote sustainable community development. Integrating the field context of NTUST’s USR initiative, the course guides students through local observation, industry-chain analysis, issue diagnosis, sustainable agricultural practices, and place-based marketing, enabling them to grasp the full framework of regional revitalization from theory to practice. Through in-depth field engagement, hands-on agricultural activities, and product-development projects, students will develop cross-disciplinary integration skills and a sustainability-oriented perspective, building the essential competencies for social innovation and laying a solid foundation for future work in local issues and sustainable development.
